Head of sales: In charge of customer service and international relations. "She does her magic!"

Sandra an employee for over two years and is in charge of processing your order. If you need to know when a color or bead is available or need an update on a shipment Sandra is the one to contact. She is also in charge of international relations.

Sandra comes to us from Dillenburg- Manderbach, which is a small village that is exacting 1000 years old located in the center of Germany. She is fluent in German and English. She also knows a little French and Spanish which is a great help to our international side of Takara Bead. Many of our German customers are pleased to know that there was no language barrier to hinder their order.

She is a new Cougar native of 6 years bringing along with her, her beautiful and smart 8 year old daughter Natascha, Natti for short! On hot sunny days Sandra drives a 1980 Yamaha 250 motorcycle to work. She’s a very exceptional woman.

Every year around July, Sandra goes home to Germany with Natti to see her family. It’s a great joy to see her go back home and see her mom along with the rest of her family. Natti loves go see grandma but really enjoys going to the local school in town. It’s a great benefit to Natti to speak two languages especially when we want to take the trip we'll need a translator, also she love to learn it too she is a school junkie. We love for Sandra to go because when she comes home she brings the office lots on delicious German chocolates!

Sandra is a highly valued member of our team. When she goes on vacations it would take 6 people just to figure out how to ship outside the United States, luckily she trained us well!
