Tina was promoted last month to the head of the business. She is now the boss to everyone, even her mom, Peggy!

She knows the job of every employees due to the fact she has worked them all at one time or another. Now that she is “in charge” she relies greatly on her department heads. She is our resident computer whiz and is the leading force on the great new website. Her touch of magic gives our customers the season’s hottest colors and remarkably clear pictures of all the beads.

If Tina had spare time you would find her working in the garden or creating beautiful jewelry. Yes, its true, we do have a beader in are mist! She put together a monthly class up in their small town during the winter that was intended to get the community into beading.

Tina is a die hard Denver Broncos fan and just can’t wait to see them winning the super bowl this year!   She worked in child care for most of her adult life, but was recruited to Takara Bead while recovering from a car accident at her mom's in Cougar.  Now six years have past and she is at the top of her game. We are all pleased to have met and been trained by her, it’s a great honor to now work beside her.

The first thing Tina would say on your first day of work is “never be afraid to ask questions no matter how dumb you may think they are. It's better to do it right the first time then re-do it the forth time.”
