  • Starting this month Takara Bead has changed their fax number.
    Our new fax number is (360) 355-8795. This will be a dedicated line. Our old fax line will be working for a short time as well as we get the word out about the new line. 
  • Just Let Me Bead, one of the direct importers of Toho, has announced they
    no longer are offer wholesale pricing. Unfortunately, this will mean we no longer will be able to offer the color/size combinations that they carried exclusively including many of our tri-cuts and 3mm magatamas.

 

Christmas in July

I know it’s still six months away, but at Takara Bead we wanted to remind everyone about winter buys.
 
It seems lately that stores like to wait to buy Christmas supplies after the back-to-school rush, but here’s a little secret. Importers can run short on certain colors when everyone is buying at the same time. This can leave a strain on the stores later when the more in demand colors are become out of stock at the top levels.

Purchasing early allows you to stock up a little at a time (we can do weekly/monthly orders) or get a jump start to have it all on your shelves when your customers need Christmas beads. We know there will be at least one customer looking to start a project for Christmas that needs the early start to get it done in time.

Trista came across a Google IM that is now added on to the website so you can IM us for help or to answer a quick question you may have about anything online. This new link does not download on to your computer, but opens a window so you can chat with one of our employees. It is located at the top of every page on our shopping cart next to the Takara Bead logo, also on our home page too!


We thought this could be a great help to our customers who are shopping online and need a quick question answered when our office is closed. It is mostly available during evening and late hours (Pacific Time) as this is when Tina is on her computer working.
